The Kansas Leadership Center is unique in the  country and perhaps the world. No other organization we can find has our robust funding, our state-wide focus and our cutting-edge curriculum of civic leadership development. 

Through our faculty, staff and programming, which reaches nearly 1,000 people a  year, we want to inspire people to care more, engage more and risk more on behalf of their communities. We want to educate people on how to engage more effectively, and we want to connect these like-minded people in a movement for change.
