Organizers of the latest Kansas Civic Leadership — Context and Competencies program, are seeking applicants for the Oct. 10-14 session in Wichita. The offering is aimed at candidates with direct influence or high credibility in their organizations and communities.
The KLC designed this highly competitive program for people who work in civic life and who are committed to creating healthier, stronger communities. Context and Competencies is one of the leadership center’s few open enrollment programs.
The program includes leadership coaching, practicing and experimenting with cutting-edge leadership theories and a follow-up session.
There is a $125 participation fee. The KLC will cover the cost of lodging and most meals.
